Especially in the fall, it feels like night sweeps in much more rapidly transforming the light into dark. More lights twinkle, more stars flicker in the night sky, the moon seems more dramatic. I love the idea of guardians who watch over the night.

Cloisonné is a style of enameling whereby little cells are created with wire and then filled with enamel, silver and gold fused in a kiln. You can read more about the entire process here.
